Returns & Exchanges

Our mission at us is to make yOO feel better! If you aren’t satisfied with your us purchase (whether purchased on our store, at an us event, an us mall kiosk or from our Meta stores on Facebook or Instagram), we will gladly accept a return or exchange up to 30 days from the delivery date of your order. There is no return fee. 

IF PUCHASED AT US:

  • Items marked as “Final” Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items marked as Sale are eligible for returns and exchanges.
  • Apparel items such as clothing and hats must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached. They must be in the original received condition in order to qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Once your return has been sent back and processed by our team, you will receive an email notification with confirmation of your refund or new exchange order.
  • All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment used for purchase.
  • If exchanging for a new item, shop our website with your return value credit. If your new order is less expensive than your original purchase we will refund you the difference. If your new order is more expensive than your original purchase, you will be prompted to enter your payment information in the secure checkout section and will be charged when your request is approved.
  • 1- and 2-day shipping charges are non-refundable unless delayed by the carrier.
  • Returns cannot be mailed to our warehouse without prior approval through the returns process outlined below. We is not responsible for any shipping charges or lost items that occur as a result of customers not following these us return procedures.
  • We is not responsible for any non-us merchandise returned to our facility
  • We products purchased online from EBAY, TEMU, Poshmark, ThredUp, or other unauthorized third-party sellers are not eligible for return, exchange or warranty claim, as we do not authorize our retailers to sell on such sites.
  • We products purchased from an us-authorized store or authorized Amazon reseller should be returned to the location they were purchased. If you are unable to do so, we will gladly evaluate possible exchange options for a pair of the same value as verified by proof of purchase from an us-authorized seller. To qualify for an exchange, the shoes must be clean and free of wear as determined by our team. We are not able to offer refunds for items not purchased directly from us.
